What I'm proposing : a 2-day Higher IRL activation during FarCon Rome

Simple, onchain-native, human interaction:
- Higher Art (physical × onchain) showcase
- Higher FM (listening corner or live podcast + DJ session) session
- Higher Athletics social run
- Higher Market merch selling
Higher, experienced together.
Online presence → trust
Interaction → memory
Signal → something that sticks
What I ask from the treasury:
$5,000 total for 1-person operation:
a. travel & stay 6d5n (Jakarta ↔ Rome): ~$2.2k
b. space / kiosk (2 days): ~$600
c. production (shirts, stickers, art prints, mix CDs, DJ gear): ~$1.6k
d. onchain infra (POAPs, NFTs, gas buffer): ~$200
e. ops + contingency: ~$400
I noticed that the treasury wallet currently holds ~1 ETH, and there are approximately $2,000 in unclaimed fees sitting in the Uniswap pool. would it be possible for part or all of this to be used to support this activation?
