TL;DR: Requesting 1.7 ETH (~$5,000 USD) to fund a $HIGHER IRL activation at FarCon Rome in May.

Two proposals on Party to secure this funding:
1. [PENDING] Treasury Transfer: 1 ETH from the treasury wallet to my Warplet
2. [SUBMITTED] LP Fee Claim: ~0.7 ETH claimed from LP fees, then transferred to my Warplet: https://base.party.app/party/0x8177b34687bc8b99c205e533ae7dd7c6c9d07a66
Issue with #1: Basescan confirms the treasury wallet holds 1 ETH, but it's not displaying on Party (appears to be a frontend bug).
Q: How should I proceed? Should I submit the proposal directly through the contract to bypass the frontend issue?
