introducing BaseFacts:
baseically a wikipedia for farcaster and base app ecosystems focused on projects and tokens to start.
how it works:
users with @neynar score above 0.7 can write articles. users with scores above 0.9 are admins and can approve and like articles. when an article is approved, the author recieves 1000 points and the approver recieves 100. likes also give points to the both. these points will be used to periodically airdrop the project token proportionally. 40% of the supply is locked for these airdrops.
