ah interesting I wasn't sure. can't recall airdrops being at the centre of a legal dispute I just think for fc it should be called something else. you can't put rules on "airdrops" it's not even defined, everyone has a different answer for what an airdrop is and why they're given. trying to change that behaviour is pointless just call it what it is. early rewards for participating, but slashed if you opt out. seems reasonable to call that "social" "airdrops" were always based on wallet interaction.. then *shudders* points. this is different
