Onward to 2025:
productivity hack 1: prioritize health:
1. Sleep = 1st priority r/t @bryanjohnson
Realized how sleep deprivation damaged my immune system, 2025 is a yr i make sleep 1st priority for keeping my productivity.
Goal: fall to sleep at 11:30 pm every night;
Schedule: turn off computer at 9:00 pm, turn off phone at 10:30 pm, read books before falling asleep;
2. More recovery time b/w every exercise: 2 high intensity exercise at most/week
Learned u need longer recovery time b/w each high intensity exercise as u grow older, make sure every exercise counts, and save time for body recovery;
3. Reduce alcohol consumption even more: from once/1~2 weeks to once/month.
What I'm glad I kept doing in 24':
Keep doing weights: makes a big difference for ppl > 30 yrs old, keep ur muscles or even gain some when u get older, thank urself later;
Managed to eat healthy, most of the times.
Keep doing those in 25' !
