No one will ever know what a Florida summer is like unless you visit or move here. We’ve been in a drought for awhile well that ended a few days ago. No joke I’ve killed probably 100 bugs tonight, from American cockroaches to mosquitoes. I come outside to smoke I’ve had so many bugs fall on me. I’ve literally killed like 8 cockroaches no exaggeration. We’re the only state in the union that isn’t actually American. Technically Florida was part of Africa and it’s very true. But yeah they’re awful. Few years ago I went to bed and was awoken by a horrible pain in my left ear. I mean I was screaming and crying I knew something went in it. So I call my brother he lives next door and I like tilted my head and sorta dislodged my jaw and I push it out. It was a June beetle 🪲. It was so bad it was burrowing deep.
