Saw a company recently raising with a 'SAFT + equity warrant' round structure and was so refreshed by it. 🎩 The U.S. has perpetuated the 'SAFE + token warrant' round as the de-facto structure for a lot of founders globally but it's arguably not the best design for web3 & on-chain startups.
