The work you shared has a very distinctive look about it that I adore. From your post, I initially thought you were working with some sort of infrared and was thinking that perhaps green fields were reading as gold.
Many years ago, I did a lot of experimentation work with black-and-white infrared and discovered that the wavelength that had the most energy emitted displayed towards the white end of spectrum.
