In 2015 I remember reading a lot of publisher agreements and so many licenses written between 1990 and 2020 include terms that very, VERY vaguely define a "ghost writer" replacement in such a way that IT CAN BE AI even if a judge construed the terms against the publisher (typical scenario in litigation.)

Moral rights don't exist in the USA so there's likely going to be no argument against discerning ghost writer from AI or Human as an essential term unless stated in the four corners of the doc.

So we won't just get compressed branded slop.
