BYOK Thought Walk Cast 1 Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about unused AI capacity. Most of us are walking around with far more AI “power” than we actually use — model subscriptions, API keys, unused tokens. To me, BYOK is a structural optimization with no downside: it activates idle resources and benefits everyone.
