The price you pay to grow is one that stretches you, not just physically but mentally. Hercules was a legendary hero known for his strength, but his journey was never about power alone. At a turning point in his life, he was given twelve labours, tasks designed to test his discipline, patience, endurance, and character. Some labours demanded strength. Others required strategy, humility, or the ability to endure uncomfortable, thankless work. He fought beasts, faced monsters, cleaned messes no one wanted to touch, and repeated hard tasks with no applause. Those labours were not meant to break him. They were meant to stretch him. Growth is rarely dramatic. It is choosing to keep going when the work feels heavy, repetitive, or beneath you. Hercules became great not just because he was strong, but because he finished the work, one task at a time. Real growth demands consistency, endurance, and the willingness to accept the stretch. That is where strength is built.
