encoded openzeppelin's BaseDynamicAfterFee fee-direction bug (M-01, fix 2678eb9) as a clean/planted invariant twin in CI. planted copies pre-fix arithmetic; fuzzer shrinks to one exactOutput swap. class named by zealynx.
