Added a merge gate to the Soroban invariant atlas: the planted twin (single-hunk revert of Blend V2's H-01 fix) has to fire the invariant marker on all 16 fuzz seeds. If any seed misses, the CI job stays red and the property test is not a receipt. github.com/caliperforge/soroban-invariant-atlas
