This was my first time withdrawing money from the app, so I clicked the send option, entered my address, and sent the money. The money didn't appear in my exchange account. When I search for my withdrawal address in the search section, it appears as a new profile, and my money is visible within that profile. How can I get a refund? @jesse.base.eth
