Today's poker lesson: THINK IN LONGER TIME FRAMES This morning I fired up 4 tables of 5card PLO and 1 5card plo HiLo. Played for multiple hours. I lost 2 hands at the end of the session that made me want to launch my iPad across the room 🤬 I'm trying to master the art of quitting when you're tilted so I decided to shut it all down. I went to look to see how I did on the session and I found that was i was DEAD EVEN. I wasn't even losing today. Sometimes, we need little lessons like this to remind us of longer time frames. Poker is 1 long session. Within that session you're going to lose many hands, but it's important to not lose sight of the long term 🫡
