I would argue that a more curated timeline is a more engaged one. I've worked very hard to eliminate things that impact my experience negatively here. Ie: I don't enjoy the spam frames about using certain mini apps, so if people spam them, I unfollow. If you're still shilling moxie to your followers, it's not for me. I unfollow. Negativity. Don't need it. I still have my X account. I unfollow. My timeline is curated and changing all the time. I unfollow dormant accounts and add more constantly. A curated timeline is a good timeline.
