Today I tried to return a defective product I bought and the customer service rep acted like I was making it up. I stood there holding the broken thing in my hand, explaining the issue, and they just kept saying “That’s not covered.” Not once did they ask for details or even pretend to care. I get it, it’s just a company policy, but why do they make you feel like you’re lying just to get something fixed? Anyone else feel like this all the time or is it just me?
