Even if they call it a zero sum game, it’s not. Exchanges & insiders etc. are always winning. Once you remove them, what's left for retail isn’t zero sum. It's definately negative sum game.
Lido holds 67% of the Ethereum staking market. Binance comes second with 15%. Everyone else is dust. Staking exists to secure the network, but this chart clearly proves centralization. (DefiLlama)
