When first entering the crypto world, one should only hoard Bitcoin and reject all other coins; one should add positions in batches and avoid all-in; one should hold for the long term after purchase and reject short-term trading; one should only buy spot and reject all leveraged products such as futures and stay away from all kinds of money pools; one should regularly withdraw coins and store them in a cold wallet address under one's own independent control and keep them properly.
