Must confess that I dumped all ETH about 2Y ago, cause the ecosystem seemed dying and choking eon fees.
Last week I jumped back in. Fees were the limiter and after EIP-4844 they no longer exist. Every L2 is exploding as confirmation.
Price of ETH has not yet reacted, really frontrunning the market at this point.
