Hello again everyone. I work in civil nuclear energy ensuring safe and secure operations through compliance with legislation/treaties etc. Operations include new fuel R&D, targeted alpha therapy treatments (hello @ericolsz ) and environmental protection. Any questions?

Gn Farcaster and sincerely - thank you. I really didn’t know what to expect here but thanks for accepting all that I am. Nerd, scientist, absurdist, philanthropist and even the poet. I love casting here and long may it continue. Bucky out. ✌️💜

Yeah don’t get me wrong it’s good stuff! I use it too for clearing up my complexion. Still makes me giggle though at how they used the basic principles of surfactant in water to name it 🙃💜Bx

Most surprising thing. That one day I’d be working at a place where they’d make cancer-killing therapies from nuclear waste. Mind blowing doesn’t do it justice. 💜Bx

Always loved the marketing concept of ‘Micellar water’. Micellar is a fancy way of saying soap. It is very dilute soap water which is part of why it’s gentle.💜Bx

I did enjoy the ponder last week that called it the coolest form of energy. Damn straight it is.

Good question. I was headhunted from a different field in analytical chemistry. Seemed like a really cool industry to move into. 💜Bx

Of course you’d ask the incredibly specific question 🤣 I’m sure there are perfectly good reasons. I can almost hear people googling the terms HALEU and SMR.

It’s safe, clean, used in medical diagnostics/anticancer treatments, produces very little waste. It’s the only real solution to net zero carbon emissions.

Beep boop. 🤖 Actually I take this as a compliment. It means I’m still spelling correctly and have perfect grammar without the need of an LLM. 🙃
