Avoiding charts and continuing my sourdough journey. Baked my first loaf over Thanksgiving and it was a brick. Second attempt today and while underproofed, it was soft edible and delicious. Progress! Starter is young but it’s getting there.
Touch grass. Make something. Find joy in little things.
