New here trying to figure out how things work… Hashtags? Introduction posts? Any manner of etiquette?

A common practice on another platform is to make an introduction post and pin it. You can browse the #introduction hashtag or quickly learn about someone by looking at their profile and pinned intro. As a noob here, I was kind of hoping for something similar- to find people with similar [non-crypto] interests.
