It’s a photograph of sand dunes! And while the natural light from the setting sun made the sand glow golden, this B&W is my favorite—it really highlights the texture and structure.

Sometimes it’s the little things that catch my eye. Take this delicate fern, for example: it somehow found a foothold at the very top of a big wall ~2m tall made from lava boulders, giving an otherwise dark and featureless human structure a beautiful burst of color. Nature at her best.
