I'm curious about what all the life extension methods are for in a spiritual sense. I just know your casts seem to indicate a life dedicated to get more life, so what's the goal? To get more life to live longer getting more life? I'd love extra time because I don't yet feel complete, but I'm working on making my life more fufilled. I'm not sure I'm making sense lol

@bryanjohnson is there a sort of remote health coaching/monitoring product for a 66 years old (my dad) you’d recommend? He went through immunotherapy successfully, as of now the c gone.
