Fatigue is a matter of feeling, and feelings can be managed through personal thought. Looking far ahead at the current situation is very tiring, but conversely, looking back at the current situation compared to five or even ten years ago might be better. Position yourself where you are in any situation and accept it with a positive mindset. Good things will come from the smallest things you can see and feel. Turning your head to the sky is tiring; when you tilt your head down, you will feel relaxed.
