Can we travel at the speed of light?
Not really. But here’s where it gets wild:
When you get close to light-speed, time starts to slow down for you.
Imagine leaving Earth, spending what feels like 5 years exploring the galaxy, and then coming back home… only to find that decades have passed on Earth. Your friends are older, the world has changed but you barely aged.
This isn’t sci-fi. It’s a real phenomenon called time dilation, predicted by Einstein and actually measured in satellites, fast-moving particles, even astronauts on the ISS.
At high speeds, space stretches, time bends, and the universe stops behaving the way we expect.
Pretty crazy, right?
