Excellent piece! It captures the essence of slowing down without creating urgency to do so - which I feel a lot of essays talking about a more intentional way of moving about life create, ironically. "I’m not in a hurry. I don’t want to rush through things that deserve my full attention." this resonated deeply with what I'm going through right now, and how I'm trying to respond to things.
