I’ve been working out for almost 15-17 years now, and this is how I look
can’t say I’m satisfied with my looks, I still need to lose some fat and get a lower body fat percentage, but at least I’m okay with my workout performance, I can do 40 pull ups in one rep, while my ultimate goal is 100 in one rep
I don’t go to gym, this is a result of pure calisthenics and good diet
height - 178 cm
weight - 78 kg
oh, about the rash on my triceps, something bit me, I guess it’s either a bee or a wasp, it itches so badly..
