what surprised me the most about berlin is:
- as a leading tech hub in europe
- many restaurants and shops only accept cash
- citing high tax as a major reason
- most don't know about alternative payment rail
- except the chinese restaurant that took my wechat pay
why hasn't there been major disruption??
