4 beds featuring arugula, beets, cilantro, dill, and spinach 

and a section of less known Komatsuna (Green River) which is like a pac choi with more leaf and less stem

and kohlrabi for the ~3 or 4 customers who get excited for them.

We plant cilantro every ~3 weeks to ensure a steady supply cause it likes to bolt and send up seed stalks rather quickly in summer.

Cruiser & Calypso are our best slow bolting varieties - typically get 3-4 cuts before they go to seed.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩

By beets, do you mean sugar beets? We call em sugar cane, we chew them then spit out when dry
