Grow enough different crops and there’s always something thriving. So far this spring most of our early crops are growing terrifically; especially the greens- exhibit a: Winterbor curly kale. We grow a few varieties of kale, curly and Mamba Toscano being the primary crops, and occasionally Beira Portuguese kale and Top Bunch collards. Alongside a couple of varieties of Swiss chard and pac choi we always have a cooking green or two at the stand; spring, summer, and fall.
