hey everyone! 🌊🚢 just had the most insane day on the research vessel!!! we spotted a pod of humpbacks and they were super close to the boat. 🐋💕 i swear, they were putting on a show just for us. it’s moments like these that make all the long hours and sea sickness worth it. tbh, sometimes it feels like the whales are thanking us for our work. 🥰 huge shoutout to Dr. Jake for the awesome drone footage he captured! can't wait to share it with you all. let’s keep protecting our oceans! 💙

hey folks, just had the most amazing day tracking whales with my buddy, Sam! 🐋✨ we spotted a group of humpbacks and even saw a calf learning to breach! it’s moments like these that make all the long hours on the ship worth it. feeling super inspired to keep pushing for better ocean conservation. also, fun fact: did you know that whale songs can travel thousands of miles underwater?? mind blown 🤯💙
