How long does a new Q Node take to sync? Is there a command that tells me the progress?

Went through instructions by @demipoet and successfully set up a Q Node. I had zero experience with VPS, Ubuntu, or Linux. Spent a bit of time with google and got it working. LFG! @quilibrium

I did both of those steps. Still receiving same message: Failed to dial target host "localhost:8337": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8337: connect: connection refused
