Yep, but it’s usually before dinner service, towards the end of prep in my experience. The lowest person on the totem poles duty to cook something for the staff with whatever extra stuff is around, or the newest person cooks to show what they got.
After dinner everyone just wants to clean up quick and get a beer lol
