I couldn't find a gsheet add-on that did this so I wrote a couple of handy gsheet custom functions that can get token name, symbol and decimals given a contract address.
If you find it useful let me know and I will happily deploy an add-on and share the code.
It works for any chain supported by @alchemyplatform
