Mastery of symbolic reasoning (not as much as a math background, but vector in that direction), coupled with mastery of human beings (understanding full range of behaviors, incentives, motivations etc) which mathematicians don't get.
Understanding symbols; understanding people; understanding how to build things with your hands -- the 3 things people need to master to become great entrepreneurs!
Lawyers go along way to #1 and #2.
