Great stuff liang! - Would suggest an interface with more simplicity (rather than 3 parter, perhaps focusing more on just 1 single part on every page?) - Agree with @linda that there are too many words currently on the page, perhaps for "Top Links", you can remove the weblinks and just keep the titles
