Is 10 minutes a day of meditation really worth 44 minutes of sleep? Yes. And more is better.
Meditation is like a sleep quality multiplier, and up to 90 minutes a day may save you time and leave you present and grounded, while minimizing bad nights and allowing for highly beneficial self-reflection without the time sink deterrence we typically associate with it.
