You must've deleted the review request but I don't mind... I like that you seem friendly and easy to engage with...you seem to be getting more consistent with casting.... Things to improve: - Your casts are dominated with quote casts that don't offer much added content. I would cut back on q/c-s and add some of your own original thoughts with them. - Next most is frames shared without any added content...would cut back on that -Generally, I would suggest you create some casts with more meat, more of your own original content--doesn't have to be top shelf if that's not you....what are you interested in in life and web3? Can you share some more of that with your own content & thoughts that people may be interested in - your bio if fun & casual like your casts, keep the fun, add some real info about your and/or your interests you pick up some of this and probably a good bit more from these casts in the crash course. hope it helps
