Inflynce Mini App - An Honest Review I've used @inflynce every day for 3 weeks thanks to some great FCers recommendations (tagged below) Strengths: * It's drawn great FCers who aren't high on the Rewards leaderboard as a kind & committed community. When I see @hankmoody @vito4ka.eth @girl-ua @rosekeyes @kraken8.eth& others, I know this is a place to be. * I like that the app gives real earnings to a large cross section of people who should be higher on Rewards but aren't---what I call the 'FC middle class' * I think the app ui and ux is great, pleasing. Easy to use, Easy to follow. And the 'gamification' is nice but not overbearing * I think the 'mindshare' is a very interesting and helpful measurement & I enjoy checking it. Probably would like to know more about how it works. Weaknesses: * I think the boosted recasts make the cast look obviously 'inflynced' and the 'popularity' is obviously manufactured/paid for. I don't like that. You can see 200 r/c on a not too exciting cast and know something is up..or on a slow FC day, you see 88 r/c and know it's not 'genuine' interest in the content. I think that's a big weakness that needs to be investigated. * I think a lot of the casts that are boosted are not worthy of any boost. This is a hard one, b/c as an app you want to offer a boost to everyone, but I think iflynce would be much better if there was a high bar of great content to what qualifies to be boosted * Starting when I did, it feels like my ceiling is about #300. I understand why, but never being able to catch up probably means I'm going to wear out on daily boosts and quests. I'll still use the app, but probably not as a daily ritual to hang at 300. @alitiknazoglu I think you've built something great and can be great for an important audience of FCers. I offer these thoughts, especially the weaknesses not as 'shade' or being overly critical, only to try to help make things even better. Keep going!
