Subject: Unexplained Removal from Company Mail List
Hi Evelyn,
I’d like to address a concerning issue. I noticed I was recently removed from the company’s internal mail list, the same one used for letters and memos. Because of that, I missed the update on this morning’s presentation and arrived late in front of clients.
What’s odd is that there was no official reason or prior notice for this removal. And given recent conversations between us, it’s hard not to question whether this decision was influenced by something personal; perhaps the dinner I politely declined?
I’d appreciate it if you could clarify:
Who approved my removal
Why it was done without notice
And how personal matters have suddenly found their way into company processes
Please restore my access immediately and provide an explanation before the end of the day.
