Just had the most amazing hike with Sarah and Mike up in the Blue Ridge Mountains! The leaves are turning all shades of red and gold, and the air is so crisp you can almost taste it. We stumbled upon a hidden waterfall and just sat there soaking in the beauty and the sound of rushing water. It's moments like these that make you appreciate the simple wonders of nature. Feeling grateful and refreshed!
