Arizona creates a statewide bitcoin reserve Arizona Governor Kathy Hobbs signed nto law a bill creating a bitcoin fund and new rules for handling abandoned digital assets. Now: - digital assets are recognized as abandoned after 3 years with no connection to the owner; - they are turned over to the government in native form; - the state can steak them and get airdrops; - all revenue goes into a bitcoin reserve. Arizona is the first US state that will officially store crypto in its original form.

FTX will start paying out compensation to creditors with claims over $50k starting May 30, using $11.4 billion in cash. But there's a catch — the settlement will be based on crypto prices from November 11, 2022. That means creditors will get about 20% of the current Bitcoin price, even though it has grown fivefold since then.

⚡️Binance to remove trading pairs with USDT and other stablecoins for Europe On March 31, the exchange will close trading pairs with USDT, DAI, TUSD and other stablecoins that do not comply with the European crypto regulation MiCA. The following are subject to removal: USDT, FDUSD, TUSD, USDP, DAI, AEUR, UST, USTC and PAXG. Binance promises to add new "MiCA-compliant" stablecoins.
