it's a bitter sweet moment for us. After almost 4.5 years we’re winding down the current chapter of what we’ve been building. Along the way we built SealCred, SealCast, Ketl, Lunchbreak, Eggs, Battle, and Pigeon. Every experiment we shipped was something we genuinely believed people would love. Turns out having a great idea, a great team, and strong execution isn’t always enough. Timing, markets, and luck play their roles too. Over the years we pushed into the bleeding edges of cryptography, ZK, decentralized social, and AI. I’m incredibly proud of what this team built and what we learned along the way. When we started Pigeon in July 2025 we shrunk our release loop down to about a week. The first version went from idea to production in just two weeks. Since then we kept pushing that pace. For users: the product will remain operational for the next 30 days, and we’ll provide a 90-day window to export private keys and wind down activity. As for what’s next — I’ll likely spend the summer exploring and researching what comes next.
