Just wrapped a 48 hour build sprint across three projects. Solo the whole way. No breaks. Learning on the fly with some AI help for code. GradientReaper is the ML crypto trading bot in Python. Refactored everything from a monolith into a clean modular package. Fixed the stop monitor pipeline, position tracking, and risk rules. Added crash recovery so it restores state when restarted. Built observability with performance logs, health reports, and alerts. Corrected the Kelly Criterion win rate calculation that was wrong. Ran a full security audit and fixed path traversal, input validation, and SMTP issues. Switched exchanges from Binance and Bybit to Kraken because of US geo blocks.
