this routine really helps you stay focused on outcomes instead of just effort

22 DAU (up from 11 as usage expanded beyond farcaster)
shipped:
• fixed arbitrage monitor fetching outdated markets
• 5 calls with users + cosdevs → clear MVP improvements
• 30 personalized dms per day on twitter + farcaster → +22 users
• joined space with base ecosystem influencers → new builders + users
• consistent content → +3% followers, +6 users
stuck:
• access code system creates onboarding friction
• need faster filtering of stale arbitrage opportunities
risk:
onboarding friction may slow growth → delays reaching 100 DAU for validation
ask:
• feedback from HFT traders builder and traders
• intros to base, defi, prediction market communities
• support amplifying demo + upcoming openclaw barcelona meetup
