Former Ryazan teacher Valentina Volkova said that at the end of May she was sitting on a rug in nature and taking pictures of flowers when a man in civilian clothes approached her and asked to show her phone. Valentina refused to give it to the stranger, after which he twisted her arms, laid her on the ground and handcuffed her. As a result of the brutal detention, she suffered a broken shoulder, a torn tendon and hematomas.
