When VCs had almost 200m invested into Farcaster, it’s obvious why it was never going to be a truly decentralized protocol. With that money out of the picture, there’s no reason why that shouldn’t be the path forward. I believe Farcaster will die a slow painful death if the protocol isn’t hardened via decentralization. Set the data free. I don’t like all the past tense talk going on about Farcaster. We’re just getting started.

I’m thinking about Farcaster native DAOs using clanker tokens for governance and DAO liquidity. Anon voting using ZK proofs. DAO could use a miniapp or a custom client built to their needs. (Channel apps)

Openclaw eats bank accounts. I’ve shut my agents down. Tried running them again this week, burnt through $50 in openrouter tokens in less than two days, and I barely even used them. I am trying out a Hermes agent now on a free LLM, we’ll see how that goes. So far so good.
