The Fender strat is an interesting guitar. Lots of people play them. Few, imho, play it right and they would be just as well served playing a tele or a PRS. A strat, when being played right and to its fullest sonic capabilities, should be about ready to explode. Pushed with as much electricity and output as possible. The guitar player should be just trying to hold on. It’s a beast being tamed, four pissed of horses pulling a chariot with a gladiator on the whip. Few have done it right.
